Certificate Course Cuisine

At ITHM the students will learn the basics of cooking, followed by recipes from around the world. Our highly trained chefs will teach through demonstrating each recipe, followed by each student recreating them in our culinary laboratory. A certificate will be awarded at the end of the course.
