The intermediate in Culinary Arts (DCA) is designed to build a strong foundation of skills and knowledge required to work in the field of culinary arts. Youngsters who are interested in culinary operations in hotels, restaurants, catering, airline and cruise ships can enroll in this course and learn the required skills for their desired career.

The students will get exposure to cookery and patisserie training on campus and industrial training off-campus through internships and tours for a cohesive learning experience. Enroll for intermediate in culinary arts and kick start your journey.
